Dragons in the Moon #1 Aircel Comics, Oct 1990, b&w.

2 DM 1-1 cover Three teens come late evening to Crystal Fires, the 'magic' store of King Mongoose. With a bit of (real) magic, they convince him to rent their services, and host them in an empty room. At night, the three boys dress in light magical outfits, and perform a rite involving the full moon and a growing plant.
All goes well until the next dark moon, when a strange man comes to buy strange stuff.The kids follow him, and discover he is doing odd things up a pier. When he drops a bag, Yuse, the warrior boy, dives in to get it back. He discovers a lot of undead trapped underwater, and barely escapes their catch. Just as his friends are trying to comfort him, the undeads come out of the sea and march in. Thankfully, they don't mind the kids, and head to the flat of their murdered, to throw him out of the window.
Yuse, Chispo and Leaf investigate the place, and found data on a computer.
