T Samurai #1 cover West side subway station: Sam and Ethel board a train 8 minutes after Samurai leaves it——after he was bothered by a gang. He kills or beats them up and leaves with a cap of one of them but discards it as he leaves. Nightclub district: Zak's place: the Nightmaids——Champions of the Oppressed Sisters, Woemyn protest. Toshiro (who looks about 16 or 17——maybe younger?) tells one of them whom grabs him he would kick the shit out of her. A female dancer lost an eye when the Nightmaids got her one night. He introduces himself as Toshiro Kimura San. He and his sister Gennin grew up in Hawaii; Gennin went to the States and he went to the Orient. The mob has been hitting up Zak for protection money. Toshiro (throwing off his shirt) beats on Frenchie (who was backed by two of his friends) who was trying to fondle or rape one of the girls, Alex (Alexandra?). Alex and Gennin have been roommates for years. Gennin passes 2 people, Freddie and Charlie, whom Toshiro thought were girls but were guys. Gennin stays with Zak while Toshiro is here: it is now Toshiro finds out Gennin is a lesbian and Zak is her lover. Big guy Nero contacts his boss. Toshiro and Alex spend the night together. Nero attacks them and hits Alex down——she dies. Gennin wakes Toshiro up afterward. Toshiro attacks the gang on the waterfront (Apt 666): first he puts a Chinese star into the back of Ralph's head and punches the girl he is with (Baby?) threw the door, he puts his sword into the back of the curly haired guy with a patch over his eye, and puts the other's (named Joe) face onto the hot stove. In the next room, Toshiro slices the top half of a guy's face off, stabs another threw the middle of his rib cage and out his back, shuts the lights out as Nero with Cindy and Al get out via the stairs. In the dark, Toshiro beheads Mike, prompting Jack to run over spiked jacks on the floor, making him fall out the window to his death. Both Mike and Jack had knives against Toshiro. Going up and out, Toshiro finds himself shot at by the other three. He blows Cindy and Al away with a double barreled gun and fights Nero hand to hand. Nero finds Toshiro's gun and raises it to hit him but it blows off Nero's wrist and hand. Toshiro was told the name of the head boss...and then using his sword stopped Nero's pain...forever. Zak, knowing that Toshiro is going to come kill her———she was the head boss——having her own place hit to throw off suspicion——shoots herself dead after writing a letter to Gennin. Gennin yells at him and tells him that whatever he touches, dies.
