Lee tells Alex he lies like a sidewalk as Alex leads Lee to get his hair cut. On the packed subway, some old short man is eyeing Lee and feels his chest and then hugs him as the train shakes him into Lee. Lee asks, "Why does this have to happen to me?" Simon (wearing a Madonna sleeveless T shirt) is lugging the laundry past a guy wearing a Harlock Tóshirt, being watched by three men in an alley. He goes to Rakim's place to do it. Simon is fed upóóthey are superheroes with no secret identities. Simon mentions Mr. Sluewah to Rakim as he discusses the Guardian Angels. As a candle burns, Gen practices moves with a sword. Alex takes Lee to Mad Martha's Masochistic Manicure and Hair Salon, despite complaints and stalling from Lee. Lee comments that Martha looks like a super villain. Alex loves the part where Martha sharpens up her scissors. In an alley, an amnesiac Ling finds a man asleep. He is still wearing his Nunchaku costume. The man takes Ling into his cardboard box, smiling and drooling. Lee likes his hairstyle and cut. Martha calls him a little zit, spunky, and her China doll. Alex says, "Well, much as I hate to say it, you look good." Lee asks Alex to go to St. Mark's comics. Alex feels something is wrong and is wide eyed...bad vibes...Simon is in danger. Simon looks in at the stuck drying machine. He can't find Rakim. Bo is there though and he shoves the shrimp into the machine and starts it. Far below the city is a thing which claims it has taken years but pain and torture and death but it is now reborn. It has returned and come back to the surface, come back for revenge on Chinatown. Two eyes and blob with tentacles. Gen is called by Alex, both he and Lee have Simon propped between them. "Bo captured Simon. He put him in a clothes dryer at the laundromat. Gen, I think he's DEAD!!"
