1 Kimura # 4 cover Hotachi makes Lee get behind him. The robot, feeling it is immortal, curses kung fu. Hotachi fights the robot suited Steele consciousness. The robot fist almost hits Lee's head but he ducks. It fires electric rays at them. They run. Angel tells Xiao he doesn't like this adventuring anymore. Homer finds Alex in the machine, drool coming out of his mouth. He and the kids get Alex out of it. The power starts to fade from the machines. The robot thing can see just fine though. Up on the street, Gen and Simon wait. Simon knows the rumbling came from the 4, 5, and 6 line. Angel, Xiao, and Homer make a fire to see, hoping Hotachi can also. From the dark corner, Hotachi kicks the robot's head. It fires beams at him but misses. Lee and Hotachi are hit from behind and fallóódive down a shaft. A fire starts and the robot is in the middle of it but comes out, Steele claiming, "I am INFERNO, Samurai." Steele claims the Asians almost did him a favor, ruining his mortal body so he could get this one but he still hates all of them. Years of hate made him insane. It won't stop chasing Lee and Hotachi, who bump into Homer, the drugged, braindead (?) Alex, and the two little guys. A fire is raging. Homer, Lee, and Hotachi just get out of the way of a fire ball beam shot by the robot. The ray hits into Alex's prone body. Alex seems to feel it and opens his mouth. His forearm arm is burned off. His chest is torn to shreds by the force and his upper body burns to bits as his head falls to the ground. His torso and legs stand on their own with burning smoke. Angel yells, "Alex!" The robot warnsóóthe power plant has been hit and a chain reaction will start. Homer grabs Xiao and Angel and runs. Hotachi manages to break the robot's legs and runs. Coming up, Lee tells Simon to run. He, Homer, and the two boys get up but the blast destroys the robot...and they think Hotachi as well. Hotachi climbs up out of the hole, telling them that he is okay, "Alex is gone and so is the robot." Hotachi sermonizes, "All we can do is invent better ways to hurt our fellow man. I wonder where it all end?"
