A TRIBE DIVIDED part four: TwoñSpear and Huntress Skyfire fight. Blows are exchanged; Huntress Skyfire hits TwoñSpear with an arrow. TwoñSpear rips the arrow from his side and throws it at her, cutting off part of her left ear. TwoñSpear overcomes Skyfire; she demands that he finish it and kill her. In response TwoñSpear drives his spear into the ground near her head. OTHER INFO: Softfoot gave birth to Swift Spear but some accounts have him being born after Skyfire (BLOOD OF TEN CHIEFS text novel had Skyfire being born first). Prunepit Recognizes Wreath; asks her not to tell the tribe that he has fathered a child with her through Recognition. Wreath gives birth to Skyfire. Prey Pacer teaches Skyfire and Swift Spear how to use weapons. Swift Spear pledges to protect Skyfire and gives her a hunting bow, her first. Swift Spear becomes chief when Prey Pacer dies. All in flashbacks.
